I see a few posts come through for legitimate jobs that only offer “DM” me. Sometimes the groups are private which creates a barrier for circulation (which is the only intent of posting them) because if you were to share the post it is private or worse still people DM the sharer and not the poster.

Writing job adverts can be hit and miss. A principal that has been used is IDEA

The action part refers to the ability of the candidate to take action / be called to action upon your opportunity.
