Frontline Claims Consultant (full-time)

Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Rotational basis, with current operating hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday shifts required every 2-3 weeks).

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing the Claims Process: Collaborate with outside experts to handle claims efficiently.
  • Reviewing Reports: Analyze documents and make informed decisions regarding claims.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport and offer outstanding service to customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work.
  • Time Management: Work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with your teammates.
